Great location, and ample sized house for 2 families. The kids loved the third bedroom which had four bunk beds.
Customer service was responsive to my questions throughout the stay.
There is however room for improvement as a lot of fixtures were either broken/ not working. During our stay, the sliding door leading to the only bathroom/ toilet inside the house was not working so we had to shower and use the bathroom without a door, which was a bit awkward as the bathroom led into an open space. Toilet seat was broken and detached to the toilet, lamp shade was broken and the cleaning from the previous stay could be improved. There was also a lot of dust which triggered hayfever.
Overall, we were able to make-do with these issues, and there is a lot of potential once they are fixed as it is a great place if you wanted to spend the weekend at Coffs Harbour with your family.
