"The staff wast too friendly! No hot water at the sink . When I called to fix the issue , they told me to be patient and never came and fixed the issue for the duration of my stay. Not a great place to stay for me at all ! "

"No WiFi available, towels were very old and in poor conditions, most of the staff were not friendly. I really hate to write a terrible review, but I have been in a lot of different resorts throughout country, this one has to rank as the worst in the area. "

"Room wasn’t super clean when we go there. Staff were amazing and remembered meeting you throughout the stay and truly cared. Food was…. Not great. Beach was nice but there’s a lot of people trying to sell you stuff there and will stand around waiting for you to say yes and continue to bother you."

"The staff was nice however they could only do what’s in there control. I order two glamping bubbles and it rained that night not good at all. I was switched from the first bubble because the WiFi was not working and there was water entering through the air fan on top of the bubble and then in the room i was transferred two the leak was worst there was an open whole slit in the clear plastic part in which the water gushed in right near the electrical panel lucky I seen the water and covered the whole with the towel before any one of us got electrocute I did tell the staff however nothing was done. Also half of the menu at the María restaurant was not available if you ask for a natural juice or shake they were unable to make it because the hadn’t had fruits in the bar for two months and the only fruits they had was for the restaurant section and they can’t share. "

"We had a very nice experience!!! It was our first time doing an all inclusive so we did not know what to expect! The food was meh….not much flavor and just underwhelming….didn’t really care for the cafeteria vibe. The best meals were breakfast and the make your own omelette station was on point. The beach access with beach loungers were amazing! The readily available drinks…although they were not at all top shelf were good. The best part of the trip was Chemi in the wine bar, Oak! He hooked us up with a lot of wine and got us into some of the restaurants where we had excellent meals that weren’t cafeteria style dining! He really made the experience memorable! "

"The gym needs an update no treadmill and what’s in there doesn’t turn on. Towels are hard to exchange get to the exchange place right on time or you will be using your towels for days! Not enough umbrellas at pools if you are looking for shade you won’t be getting it at this pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and the food was good."
