"Amazing place. We were greeted by the super-friendly staff even before we entered the hotel. We were looking with our kids at their cows in the pasture, and the owner(?) came out and gave our kids food to feed the cows. It was a great start, and it only got better from there. "It's a good hotel, but it does feel corporate. We felt like just one of many thousands of guests. Pay the $$$, be in this hotel, and that's it. Parking person spoke no English, which led to misunderstandings at check-in. Spa is good (although the jacuzzi and sauna were not operational), but it requires a daily reservation to secure a concrete time -- and spots are taken quickly. You need to remember each evening to book for the next day or else you don't get a spot. Location is excellent -- 2 min walk to downtown Courmayeur. Room was tiny, but the view was good."
