"The staff were helpful. The room was too hot even though there was a fan and windows open. The bathroom door doesn't shut and the lock is broken. The toilet seat is broken, we had to hold on to it to use the toilet. The toilet had pee stains from the previous person, and hair from not the head end in the shower!! The shower door doesn't shut so water come out. Water is either too hot or cold. The beds weren't that comfortable to sleep on, too soft. Enough towels!! And sheets looked clean. But one had pink nail varnish on it!!"

"We checked in late and were given a room on the 7th floor which is not served by the main lifts but by a conveluted walk along the 6th floor corridor and stair to the 7th floor. The room had a dog basket and two bowls on the floor from the previous Tennant. Both of these issues should have been made clear to me during reservation/check in. The air conditioning was the quietest I have ever experienced."

"Excellent location in Worthing opposite the railway station. The staff could not have been more lovely and helpful. I could not have had a better reception and support throughout the stay. Very upbeat and can do. I asked for a quiet room which was noted( does not often happen) so had a room at the back of the hotel. The room was excellent, comfortable bed and all the amenities you require. Nice decor and ample towels. Impressive shower with waterfall shower head as an alternative to the regular version. The view from the room was the only draw back as not the nicest but another location might have been less peaceful. Maybe a brisk clean of the roller blind chains would be good. Impressed with Netflix on the tv and the WiFi signal was great. I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel which were of a very good standard, again morning staff were really pleasant and positive. The bar/ restaurant is very welcoming and as a solo traveller I felt completely relaxed in the environment which again is not always the case. This hotel is definitely recommended for the quality of staff, room, location and atmosphere."
