"Clean room and awesome staff"

"The staff were very polite and helpful. The property is in dire need of renovation. The bathroom tile is cracked, the tub doesn’t drain well, the shower temperature control is loose and very finicky, towels were small and cheap. The bed was ok, but pillows were old and lumpy, the sheet was so thin it was almost see-through, and I didn’t feel comfortable that the duvet was clean. The tv is fairly small given the size of the room and all of the bulbs were very dim. The AC and refrigerator were very loud. We stayed to attend graduation at Liberty University, so payed over $350 per night for a mediocre room."

"Scenic location, clean room. However, it took 5 minutes for the water in the bathroom to warm up, ten minutes to get hot, all the while water was stopping up in the shower. Also, speakers on TV did not work."

"Breakfast menus was ok, some fresh foods and packaged foods. Crowded little area to eat. But clean and courteous staff."

"We stayed for one night only. It was a very quick stop for an event. Everyone there was nice and polite. Room was clean and comfortable, beds were very good size for 2 ."

"Excellent service. Très bien situé quand il n’y a pas de travaux sur la Blue Ridge. Une section très spectaculaire mais qui nous a pris un grand détour pour en profiter à cause des travaux."
