"I have stayed here plenty of times. The tvs on the 5th floor are not the best. The king beds are the way to go. The beds in room 723 needs to be replaced badly. I prefer the rooms on the 8th and 9th floor. The staff are amazing and it is always really clean. Parking is plenty and every kind of restaurant and store you need is in a 3 mile radius. "

"Parking easy. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The room did not have any shower soap, offered one bar soap that was not suit able for showers. Found antes on kitchen table while eating breakfast. "

"I will not stay there again. They give you the old bait and switch. Upon arrival the main area is very nice makes you think the rooms will be as well. They must have renovated the lobby area but not the rest of the building. Breakfast was continental but also very limited. The rooms are tiny. I ordered a king sized bed and it came with a twin size sofa bed. Typical stained upholstery and broken furniture. I broke out in hives while there. I can’t say it was from the room and bedding but I can’t say that it wasn’t either. There’s no microwave in rooms. One main microwave in the lobby. Went to pool first thing in morning and it was not cleaned. Saw a chunk of hair near the hot tub and a fallen off eyelash. If pool area was cleaned, those major concerns would have been tended to by the morning. On top of already not being a clean environment, they clean your room every FOUR DAYS. It was so disappointing to return to room and garbage was full and bed unmade. There were other things I can bring up but I think cleanliness and expectations were the main points I wanted to discuss. I won’t stay there ever again."

"Hotel is so run down. Smells like smoke everywhere. The lock on my door didn’t work so I had to move rooms. You can hear every toilet flush. Coffee was like drinking water. So disappointing "

"Everything was just okay. Cons: Check in begins at 3pm. We arrived at 4:15 and had to wait 30 minutes for our room to be ready. The person checking us in seemed like she could care less; no acknowledgement that it was late and an inconvenience. One side of our suite smelled funky and the air conditioner didn't work well. The pull out couch bed was super uncomfortable (and my kids have slept in several couch beds at hotels). The air conditioning in the gym didn't work well-super hot and stuffy. Pros: The location was good for what we needed, parking was easy and there was a pretty good selection for breakfast."
