Dingy furniture (The chairs and ottoman have stains on them.) and old carpet , they need to be updated as well as the mattress and box spring Bathroom is small, brighter lighting in rooom, over sink , and living room area would make the space feel more motel vibe than a hotel , the lobby is beautiful wish the rooms had the same vibe ..the pictures online are brighter of course but when you get here, its giving dingy . Pet friendly but but the fee is $106 for pets up to 30lb , hot tub was great.

The hotel is extremely outdated. The hallways and rooms were poorly lit, and the windows were dirty, both inside and out. I kept my blinds closed throughout my stay because of the dirty windows. The hotel charges $150 for incidentals, which is refundable after three days. However, I’ve stayed in better hotels that only charge $50 for incidentals. I do believe the hotel would benefit from a much needed makeover and changes in their policies.

Cleanliness was excellent. Room was comfortable. TV was old and out of date. The biggest complaint was the front desk staff. We arrived around 9:30pm and waited a good 10 minutes for anyone to appear. Then, the following morning, absolutely no one was at the front desk. Other than the lack of customer service, it was good. Also, at check in, asked front desk for a microwave and he said he'd see if they had one. Never contacted us. We had to call the front desk on a cell because the phone does not work in the room. We asked him for one and it was a different guy than at night and he made the excuse that probably they were busy at check in yesterday as to why we didn't get a microwave. We came much later than check in time so I don't know what he was talking about in order to defend the night/ evening clerk.

The room was modern up-to-date. Loved the large sofa in room very comfortable. The hallway going to into room, smelled nice and fresh carpets were very clean.Loved the hot tub and the swimming pool wish it could be opened until 12 midnight then 9 pm. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed wasn’t that comfortable hurt my back when I got up in the morning. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Enjoyed the breakfast nice variety of items to eat.

The place was dirty through out the halls pool area and gym. I left them know about the messy hallway came back threw two hrs later and the salad tha was spread down the hall was still there. They don’t turn down the rooms daily so you can only get clean towels if you go to front desk. Key cards had tkk ok be reset every night which was very frustrating cause there was only one person at the front desk and both times I had to stand in line for over 30 mins just to be able to get back into my room. They advertise breakfast is available to purchase but all they had was cereal in lobby. I chose this place for the idea of the restaurant and pool/jaquazzi which because we had to wait in line we missed getting to use the one night when we returned to the hotel.

The water from the sink was coming out brown. My daughter and I went and told the front desk and he told me it was normal. Then the tv went black and turned itself off when we were watching it. In the morning we went to take a shower the shower water would not get hot. I went down stairs to tell them and they told me they would refund me for my terrible experience and never did.

The front desk representative Ram was extremely rude, there were roaches found throughout the room, and the front desk representative was blatantly agitated and rude when asked to resolve the situation. The hotel manager was also unhelpful and stopped responding to my emails.
