"Staff is so friendly and courteous. I was pleased with my room. Reviews did mentioned the hotel is outdated but overall the cleanliness made up for it. I think its a quaint place to stay. The full kitchen with full fridge and... was that a lil mini electric stove? The cabinets filled with kitchenware and kitchen utensils - tubless shower. The whole KOP mall, restaurants and all the stores... all in close proximity...... In short, I definitely plan on returning. "

"I was with a group who would have stayed during the snow storm in January. There was only three of us who decided to get snowed in until Monday. Staff was really helpful during my stay. "

"1st, shout out to the front desk person, I believe her name is Mya or Mia. She was so nice checking me in. Everything in the hotel was neat, clean and organized. The room was spacious, the pool water was nice and warm and the breakfast was great too. I loved that the hotel had a basketball court and outside seating. I can't wait to come back."
