"This place is lovely. I’m taking a star off because I COULD NOT GET ANY SOAP. I guess I’m supposed to reach in the shower and wash my hands with body wash but that didn’t work really well for me. The housekeeping staff was in the hallway and they searched their carts and storage room, but couldn’t find anything. It just seems weird. "

"We stayed 2 nights. The lighting in the room was just ok...Excellent in bathroom. Night light feature would have been helpful ; and another light in the anti-room for reading. The upper plug at the desk electrical outlet was too loose to hold a standard recharging plug and wouldn't adequately charge my phone; tried using the upper plug at the coffee station but that too was "loosey goosey".. Breakfast bar was standard fare but very nicely presented- raisin bran cereal was stale; eggs were delicious; apple was way past fresh; but melons were tasty.. Staff were very polite; our room, hallways, lounges and hotel entry were very clean/ no odors. Great location for travelers along Rt 84. Not sure how it would be when there was a conference in session or the hotel more crowded. For use it was very good ; and we would not hesitate to stay there again "

"Checking in and out was a breeze with keyless entry. Convenient parking to all buildings. Less than a mile walk to Fairfield Theater and super awesome family of deer on the property at night!"

"We have stayed here 2x a year when we come up to visit bethel, new Milford and Kent. It’s quiet and located near all the places we like to visit. Only thing to critique on this visit was the hot water in the shower did not stay hot. Other than that as usual we had a great stay at Microtel Bethel and will be back in the fall. "

"We have gone there many times. I live locally. The waterside is gone and pool freezing. I heard they have new owners. That is the only reason I booked. And it still says there’s a slide. "
