Very clean, comfortable and conveniently placed. We had the small room but everything was there that you needed ... just compact. Quiet if windows were closed as some light traffic.

This hotel is very much in the heart of Cologne. We enjoyed having to walk around the area as there are many shopping places to go to. The amenities were great. Everything was clean and updated. Staff were amazing! All were helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this hotel!

Located in a central and convenient area of Cologne close to restaurants and shopping options. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly. We needed to store our bags when we checked out. They didn't really have a proper secure place to do so.

This hotel is in a great location - close walking distance to the cathedral, main shopping area, riverside and old town squares & restaurants. Lovely staff and great breakfast. Whilst our room was reasonably basic, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfortable.

The hotel was great. It was hot but there was a fan and windows opened. Breakfast was good, there were several options. Check in was a little long because they didn’t realize I had paid through Expedia and had trouble confirming that. That part was frustrating and my card was charged and refunded.
