"We only needed a bed for the night as we were attending a concert. The bed was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. We needed a taxi to get to the venue and they had one for us within 3 minutes. Fresh water, still or sparkling on demand at the front entrance. Shower snd restroom were cleaned and well stocked. The AC wotked great. We were comfortable all night. Fresh nespresso or tea in the AM. Would definitely stay there again"

"Room was a reasonable size, staff were friendly, location and price were good. I would have preferred the option to make a cup of tea on my room. Unfortunately I was unwell during my stay, ( not the hotels fault). Having the facilities to make a hot drink in my room would have been most welcome. The need to get dressed to go to the lobby to purchase a drink whilst unwell was not an ideal situation. "

"Absolutely perfect location for karneval. Close to everything you need to have a good time. Great restaurants and bars nearby, transit is 30 seconds outside the hotel, can't ask for a better spot. And the rooms are HUGE for Europe. Our one issue was the room was extremely dusty and the pillows were basically non existent, but small price to pay for the location. "

"i arrived jetlagged from USA. I was so tired and check in was at 3 and usually thats the way it is but from time to time i've been lucky and have gotten a room when I arrive in Europe in the am. What upsets me is that they had rooms but wanted to gouge me for 60 Euros instead which wasn't nice. So I was forced to walk around in the cold for 7 hours till they were ready. So unfair, I never stay there again !"
