The hotel was amazing. This was our first time in Cologne and we had a great time. The staff was friendly, the food was perfect, and we loved that the hotel was walkng distance to the Cathedral. We will be staying there again when we bring our children to see the Cathedral.

Good stay, room a bit smaller than expected. Breakfast very good. Location is on edge of town centre, with shopping street round the corner so convenient for that.

Elevatirs issue

There was a problem with the elevators that iinflunce the total satisfaction from the trip. One day we were so upset that we used the emergency stairs to go down from 9th floor to ground in order to eat brekfest. That issue influebce the total satisfection from the stat in the stay in the hotel

The property had no problems at all, I stayed for a week and everything was perfect had bar stocked everyday, had room cleaning service every morning and come back looking clean and tidy.
