Five-Star Stay
My hotel stay has been exceedingly great. rugs HOTEL Köln has been very welcoming during my stay. The staff are all smiles and they are all willing to help. The breakfast was also delightful as it showcased the best of German breakfast. As a traveler, it made me learn something about Köln and the hospitality it can offer to future visitors.

Nice, cozy hotel very close to the Rhine river (1min). Good restaurant options in the vicinity. Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast is okay, but no vegan options.

Overall fantastic experience. Staff is great, incredibly helpful. It is a bit out of the city center, in a lovely neighborhood with many options for eating and shopping. Breakfast is pretty good and the hotel is spotless. I would definitely recommend it.

A good hotel, definitely recommend
The hotel is very good, not big and very very cozy. Was in Cologne for a short business trip and the location of this hotel was perfect. Close to the river, so if you fancy a run there’s a good pathway along the bank.

Good four star property. I believe that the hotel has very limited number of staff. Breakfast could be better. They charge you extra for the request of white egg omelette! Reception is friendly-check in and check out are quick.

Great for business stay in Koln
The hotel is a boutique hotel in a quiet part of Koln. The hotel room was spacious and had a nice balcony for fresh air. The hotel staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. Please note that not all staff members speak English fluently- though regardless- they will try to help you out. If you are coming by car, make sure to call them weeks in advance to reserve a spot. It isnt noted on their website that a reservation is required- but its the only way to assure that you'll have a spot. The alternative is park on the street for free between 8pm and 8am. Breakfast was also very comprehensive and had good choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a business stay in Koln.

Nice hotel close to the banks of the Rhine
Rooms are adequate and clean. Breakfast is excellent. Parking is very limited and calling ahead to reserve a parking space is probably a good idea.

Das Zimmer was wir hatten war super, sehr groß mit kleiner Küchenecke und sehr schön eingerichtet. Top. Beim Frühstück war es sehr unruhig und laut. Die Raumgestaltung sollte überdacht werden. Auswahl ausreichend gut. hinterher.

Lieben Dank fürs Feedback und haben Sie total recht. Und auch mit unsere Frühstücksraum, es war heute voll-Haus, das werden wir auf der Agende schreiben. Mindestens wenn wir so viele Gäste zu bedienen haben, müssen wir eine Idee haben wie wir den Raum ruhig halten können in dem wir auch die Gäste auf mehrere Räume einteilen können.

Kein 4 Sterne Hotel
Das Hotel wird als 4 Sterne Hotel geführt. Leider sind mir die Vergabekriterien nicht geläufig, aber mit anderen 4 Sternehotels kann das Atrium Rheinhotel leider nicht mithalten. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr spartanisch. Beispielsweise beseht der Nachttisch aus einer billig anmutenden Plastik Säule. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. Sicherlich ist der Preis auch gerechtfertigt, keine Frage. Dennoch habe ich mir etwas höherwertiges Vorgestellt.

Toller Aufenthalt mit kleinen Einschränkungen.
im allgemeinen hat mir der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere die Lage, direkt am Rhein gelegen ist für einen Fußweg herrlich. Leider ist die Parksituation nicht zufriedenstellend. Vor dem Hotel sind fast keine Parkplätze und die Garage ist so klein das die Autos sehr kompakt geparkt werden müssen. Der Schlüssel muss dann abends abgegeben werden, so dass im bedarfsfall umgeparkt werden kann. Das Frühstück ist, vermutlich Corona verschuldet, sehr einfach. Die Zimmer sind trotz Komfortzimmer sehr einfach und klein. Sehr positiv ist der freundliche Service aufgefallen. Die Mitarbeiter geben alles um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
