"Lo unico bueno la comida , mala atencion en la parte de alfrente , compramos el paquete con expedia y nos toco volver a pagar , despues de terminar ls estadia tuvimos que llamar a expedia para que uno de los dos nos regresaran el dinero y la respuesta fue que debiamos tener una cuenta en bancolombia para hacer la transferencia mas rapida , yo la tenia pero la persona que hizo el pago es de cansda y yo tuve que comprar dollares y enviarselos a el"

"The hotel is great, nice place to relax in the thermal waters. Room was very spacious and well located. Spa was decent. Breakfast could improve quality as some of the breads seemed old a couple of times. Staff were very kind and responsive. Desafio Termal is worth it. "

"Want your vacation ruined — this is the place for you! I am absolutely seething with fury after my experience at this so-called hotel. If there were a way to give this place negative stars, I would do it without hesitation. From the moment we arrived, it was a complete disaster. We arrived with a confirmed booking, tired and expecting a smooth check-in, only to be told — with shocking indifference — that they “couldn’t find” our reservation. No apology, no urgency, no accountability. Just shrugs. What followed was hours of our time completely wasted while they did absolutely nothing meaningful to fix their mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, they pushed us out the door by calling a cab (which, by the way, they did NOT pay for), and sent us to some “friend’s hotel” as if that was an acceptable solution. It wasn’t. Not even close. The place they sent us to was beyond unacceptable — it was honestly disgusting. The room had no window, no fridge, no AC. The fan was filthy, clearly never cleaned, just blowing around stale, foul air. The smell in the room was unbearable — thick, suffocating, and impossible to ignore. The bathroom? Even worse. There was someone else’s hair in there, no proper ventilation, and to make it even more absurd, there’s a literal window from the tiny bathroom straight into the bedroom. So if someone uses the bathroom (and yes, let’s be real), everything — sound, smell, all of it — goes directly into the sleeping area. Zero privacy. Zero hygiene."
