came more than 15 times in this hotel, it is usually very good , thats why i stay here. but this time the service was clearly not here. Serious issues at the front desk, lack of management and training. Some of the front desk guys are not trustable which ruin the experience... very big footmark on my bed sheet, wrong information given for taxi pick up at train station, wrong invoice given/ didnt want to provide receipt. Issues with laundry, it is not a bad luck , but for sure a lack of training from the managements... so who to blame? I am not sure i would give another try but well if the staffs are stil behaving this way i guess hotel will loose a lot of guests. kinda sad though, location is wonderful, roof is amazing , food is okay, breakfast has everything you need, its more like a boutique hotel very charming and quiet but well I dont know didnt feel well during my last stay

I have been coming several time in the hotel it is normally amazing, clean, superb rooftop, but for some reasons this time, i got some issue with a team member at the front desk for checking in and checking out. Bed sheet had a huge foot mark in the middle which make the experience mediocre. The quality level is really not consistant, it is a real pity because the hotel, room, food , location , roof top , gym are very superb. Maybe tiny things but can make huge difference. It is a warning, hopefully quality of service will be better next time

I had a great stay at the Jetwing Colombo Seven. The area is a nice one for Colombo. The staff were excellent. Always smiling and really great service. I just can't fault it.

Excellent quality hotel, in terms of design and cleanliness etc. Rooftop pool is a huge plus with wonderful views across the city. Cinnamon gardens is a nice area with cool cafes and park walkable from the hotel. Would highly recommend!

Second time staying here and as good as ever! Very comfortable rooms, great service and good breakfast. The pool is lovely as well. Location great too - walking distance to Odel.

This is a great hotel away from the Colombo hustle but very close to everything. Everything is great including the GM giving personalized service to us. Only request would be to upgrade the breakfast a little bit.

Definitely best Hotel in Colombo
Stayed in many places in Sri Lanka and from check in to check out the perfect stay. Friendly great service, huge comfy clean rooms, yummy food. No request was too big. We encountered so many happy/helpful staff for it to be a coincidence. Great leadership here clearly. Only improvement is more sunbeds needed by amazing infinity pool and faster internet which is fine but not as fast as other 5* places.

Location was ok, but room was not the cleanest. Concierge crew were very average: whenever we asked location of nearby restaurants, we had to get up address on phone and then share with Tuk Tuk driver. These restaurants should have been well known, as they came up on Google searches. Put us on floor three, so we were two floors above conference rooms. Birthday party on the Saturday night went on until midnight, with music so loud that we couldn’t hear ourselves talk to each other in our room without shouting. Management’s attitude was concerning when we complained and asked for the music to be turned down. They said they would, but actually did nothing. My advice to anyone considering this hotel for a short stay in Colombo: find another hotel.

Excellent value, great pool Very nice, centrally located hotel. Great infinity pool with a view onto the entire city. Good quality food both on the pool deck and the restaurant downstairs. Good cocktails for a good price. Excellent service and attentive staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Highly recommend for your 1-day stopover as the first or last day of a proper Sri Lanka vacation.

Do not stop here if you want to sleep before 1am
We was in a room on the fifth floor.Which was nice. Then the noise of music came through the windows. We rang Reception asked what the noise was. We was told that they have a function room on floor one and they have a function. Nothing they can do as They have a function room so we Just have to put up with it. We asked what time will it It finish. We was told midnight. It never stopped till at least 12:45. So if you want any sleep don’t book into this hotel. Like I told reception they need to put it in there right up.That they have function room so all the rooms can hear the music and you will not be able to sleep. Then how many people would actually book into this hotel.We had a flight to catch the next day it was totally exhausted.

Too many things went wrong
MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. 1) On my credit card statement I discovered I was charged $1815 for a BEER, which should have been LKR 1815, the price on my invoice. This is 182 times the amount! 3 months later I still have not gotten a full refund. The management promised me to reimburse me fully, which has never happened and by now they have chosen to no longer reply to my mails. 2) They have an event room on the second floor, where there was a party till late at night, which I could still hear on the 7th floor. I called reception twice, asking them to lower the music, which did not happen. 3) I was only there for 2 days, during one of those days the pool was closed for maintenance till the afternoon. This Hotel deserves 3 at best.

Great service, great pool, lovely staff.
Check in was a little slow, but we asked for a quiet room, so they may have been changing our room for us. Staff were very friendly and polite with a nice welcome drink while we waited. The room was spacious and new with big screen tv, plenty of channels and good strength Wifi signal. The room had everything you could need. Iron, ironing board, hairdryer, free toiletries, free bottled water, kettle and a coffee pod machine. The infinity pool on the room was lovely with great views over Colombo. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Large rooms and bathrooms. All designed in a minimal boutique style. Breakfast was decent. Location is great, walking distance to Odel. and short taxi ride to anywhere. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Special shout out to the concierge and breakfast staff. Theres a lovely roof top bar with great food and cocktails.

The infinity pool is very dangerous. When we stayed at this property two children climbed on the wall of the pool. There is no safety rail and these children, who were unsupervised, could easily have fallen to their deaths. This is an accident waiting to happen.
