"The ladies in the front desk are extremely nice. I’ve stayed there before and I’ll probably stay there in the future. Across the street from the airport. Convenient location. The TV worked. The bed was acceptable."
"The hotel itself is a little dated and could use some sprucing up. However, for the price it’s definitely worth overlooking, especially since we booked with less than 24 hours notice. The room was clean and comfortable. The whole hotel, from the lobby up to the room smelled fresh and overall was clean and tidy. The sweet lady who checked us in was the best: kind, charismatic, and professional. I would definitely book again if in the area."
"We got there late, they gave no issues with late check in. We realized there was a water leak of some sort, and our floor was very very wet. They gave us a new room and told us they’d refund us half of our total (we stayed two nights) and we haven’t gotten the refund yet. That part stinks but it was a good stay overall."
"I had two rooms booked for a 1 night stay while our house was being fumigated. Cancelled 1 room when the kids decided to go to their grandma's instead. Cancellation was simple, did it through the app, awaiting my refund.
Got to the property, was greeted by friendly and professional front desk clerk. Check in was quick, we had our keys to the room in no time. Upon walk in the room was clean and neat, beds were made neatly and tightly. Refrigerator and freezer were clean and free of food and crumbs. The bathroom was almost spotless except for about 4 hairs left in shower stall. I own my own cleaning business so I travel with my cleaning kit, tidied the shower stall up and was overall pleased with the room. The only thing that bothered me was the smell coming from the air conditioner, had a wet musky smell so I hung a car air freshener over the air vents which made it much better. The check out was simple, the staff are all nice, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay again."
