"I came to this property with 8 other guests for my birthday. The property was very clean when we arrived and large enough for all of us. The game room was so much fun and had so many activities to do. So even with as many people as we had, everyone was able to play and join in. Rooms were large with plenty of closet space and the sofa couch was comfortable. The property is connected to an other house but separated by a garage so we didnโ€™t hear the neighbors. "Beautiful atrium, with lovely real plants and waterfall. Loved the breakfast, especially made-to-order omelets. Evening drinks and snacks were also very nice. Room was very comfortable. Staff we encountered were friendly and competent, but breakfast and bar staff were wonderful .Would have rated 5 out of 5 except for the following: Elevator nearest to room out of order entire stay; first order of business was to get housekeeping to room for toilet seat malfunction; we found signage confusing, difficult to figure out how to get close to lobby for check-in, and where best to park, and where things are in the hotel- a map of facility would have been lovely; failed to notice when booking that there is a $15 per day parking fee, ridiculous since no special parking area, everything wide open with all risk to users per signage. Also had a very difficult time figuring out how to scan URL to pay parking, since we're technology-challenged."

"We had some hiccups with our visit, but the wonderful service at the hotel made up for all the things we ran into. Every time we flagged something, they quickly addressed and gave us a new room which improved our stay. I'd highly recommend this for families as there are so many amenities - many swim options, gym access, tennis courts, golf, and pickle ball. Plus the restaurants close by our amazing, don't miss the bakery and the pizza. Last but not least are the views... they are breath taking and if you get a mountain view from your room, you will not be disappointed."

"I don't know where to start. One word EXCELLENT and beyond. From the second we entered the parking we were already in love. Than check in...beyond excellent. Customer service above and beyond. We stayed for our child's 16 birthday...Our son not only was surprised by Happy Birthday wishes right at check in, but also when we opened the door to our room, there was a birthday card on his bed and a small gift. This is what made me so happy as a mom how appreciated my son was . And it made him also happy, appreciated and excited. Also the restaurant's stuff surprised my son with a complimentary ice cream. We will be back for sure , I have never seen an excellence at any hotel to the highest level possible. I highly recommend Garden of the Gods Resort and Spa to everyone. They will treat you like royalty. Oh, did I mention how comfy our beds were? And how clean the room was and how beautiful the bathroom was like a spa in your room. And.... unforgettable views of Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak...and the beautiful balcony area on a first floor with visitors like deers at 5 am and mommy and a baby turkey...Gush...I miss it already. We Loved every second of our stay, and oh...the pools ...and the stuff at the pools walking around with icy cold water right to our sitting ... The list could go longer. EXCELLENT . Thank you to all the stuff to make us feel like a royalty. We will be back next year and years after."

"We were given a room and two keys. Went to the room, opened the door and it was full of girls and mom's dressing for a wedding or something. Very uncomfortable for all, me and my 13 year old son included. And worse yet was the front desk attendant was rude, not apologetic and we had to carry all our luggage back up front from the back end of the hotel. We did get moved to a room with a better view, but still..... We also had a view of police raiding a homeless camp. That was interesting, but not the hotels fault."
