"We only saw one staff member ( during check in) and she seem distracted and impersonal. We could barely hear her when she spoke to us. The bed was comfortable and the in room hot tub was nice. However, they were in the process of remodeling, so it was noisy and not quite clean in public areas. The breakfast was a bit disappointing. Sausage and eggs and waffles were provided, but the syrup and coffee creamer containers were clogged with dry residue. There was no juice available or sweet rolls. The coffee was average. "

"Cool hotel, great staff with good amenities. Can't beat the price point. With that said, you get what you pay for. The place appears to be getting old. Broken window curtains you can clearly see from outside. No vents in the bathroom. Not a real fresh smell on initial entry of the room. Not horrible but definitely not pleasant and inviting. Bed was ok. Comfortable enough to get some rest but nothing to brag about. The location is pretty good. Centrally located to a lot of touristy stuff. Shopping, gas and food all close by. Personally, for the price, I would stay here again but if the price goes up, all the little things need improvement. Oh and the very very dark indoor pool area was a weird vibe. Why no lights? Seems unsafe. "

"We love this hotel. Great value for the accomodations. Always clean! Love the soundproof rooms and water pressure in the shower. We also love dining onsite. "

"We had a great stay here. We had an issue with the thermostat upon arrival, but the owner Dennis was quick to respond and get the issue sorted for us. He even offered to upgrade our room, but we were happy staying put. The bed was extremely comfortable & the complimentary snacks & beverages in the communal kitchen were a lovely addition. The hot tub was relaxing and having brunch cooked on site was such a bonus. We’ll be back! This place is 420 friendly. I don’t smoke but the smell doesn’t bother me. If you’re sensitive to it, this might not be a great fit for you."

"Note that hotels.com customers paying extra for mountain views may get south views over the pool that do not face the mountains, and that these rooms have 2 full size beds (not queens, as advertised). Also, it is a solid 20 minutes from Colorado Springs when there is no traffic, which is pretty rare. Aside from those critiques, it is a pretty new (as of March 2026) hotel with good sized and well-appointed rooms, quite good in-house restaurants (be sure to check out the 9th floor), nice little pool, and spectacular views from public spaces. No EV charging spots, and some of the front desk staff could be a bit salty for no apparent reason, but we had a comfortable stay overall."

"The rooms where no properly cleaned every day. Not Vacuumed or the Toiled bowl cleaned. I spoke with the night reception people and they said that vacuuming and cleaning the toilet was considered a "deep clean"and had to be requested. The following morning Spoke with the reception person and he said he had never heard o such a thing as having to request a “deep Clean”. Very mediocre the cleanliness and I assume they are like that with everything else. I wanted to speak with the Manager but was never available."
