"They only had one person working and it took waiting in line for 20 minutes to check in. Walked into the room to a broken window. Went back to talk to the receptionist after waiting for 30 minutes. They responded that they knew about the window. They had no other rooms. They said they gave me a refund but I have yet to see it. I had to book another hotel but was glad after seeing how this place was ran."

"The property was not even close as it was described on the website being that it was Sunday night. A lot of The things were not open like the restaurant it’s we thought it seemed like we were more of a bother to them and I probably was because it was a Sunday night. The room was smaller than what was pictured, but that’s normal."

"We enjoyed a homelike experience. Staff was incredibly polite, helpful and laid back. It's was memorial Day weekend so it was quite busy. The decor is absolutely amazing; but at the same time the entire pool area courtyard needs a cleaning. The trees real and artificial have collected Alot of dust. It's kind of like a timeless setting from the early 90's. Breakfast was fresh and well delicious!"

"My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at MCM Elegante Suites. We were checked in by a friendly staff members. We couldn't believe how nice the suite was. We loved the room setup. It was so nice to have a kitchenette style room and full size refrigerator. The size was perfect for a family of 4. My favorite amenities were the fitness and laundry room. It was extremely helpful to have the capabilities of washing our clothes and working out. The hotel had plenty of parking and is also in a great location. The best part to our stay was the value for 3 nights. Our family loved visiting Colorado!"

"The grounds are simply amazing. The castle was full and we stayed at Big Horn Lodge which is a little dated but very clean and comfortable. The grounds are breathtaking and the included breakfast was delicious! I will be back to stay in the castle and have tea."

"DONT GO HERE ITS AWFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t expect a fast check in even if it’s pre paid for. the staff take extra long hoping the line thins. Then if you don’t have physical copies of i.d they accuse you of credit card fraud but first you have to wait 4 hours in orders to get that far. Then when you have, say your parents, try and buy you a room they just deny service completely. then walk away. we never said or did anything disrespectful until we were disrespected. Waiting in the lobby for 4 hours I can tell you don’t try and do anything in person or over the phone they will not help you they lie and say they have a line out the door when it was just me and another couple. They disappear for 30 min at a time and wait for the lobby to fill. then takes there time a minimum of 40 min per person and this was the manager so if that’s policy for her I can only imagine the other employees.if you look on google and see the reviews you’ll see why you should stay far away from this place. I never got a room or help the manager asked me if I had a solution. instead of telling me I could refund still since I was 45 min early she lied and said the link would work that she sent to me 2 times and my girlfriend 1 time and then it took 4 hours so my time to refund had expired I got robbed and they do it a lot. DONT GO HERE ITS AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
