Rooms are beautiful and the heated pool and saunas are fabulous. The only issue we had are the refrigerators in the rooms are only for products the hotel charges you for if you remove anything, which makes it impossible to use for your own personal items

Okay place Quirky. For instance, a sliding door in the BR/LR revealing a glass panel to see into the shower! How handy!! TV was tough... But, that was okay. The fold down couch/bed was clunky. The coffee maker was a bit of trick. I made it too strong, but it tasted good. I couldn't get the little safe to open. Whatever. We didn't need it. Thanks

The hotel is nice, no check in before 4 pm. They also have a fridge in the room but you cannot put anything in it. It is for purchasing drinks and snacks only. If you remove anything, even if you put it back you are charged.

The pool was wonderful like always. When it comes to the cleaning of the room there could be some improvements. There was a dirty kleenex with q-tips in it, toilet paper roll was completely empty. The soap dish was filthy. Overall it was a good stay

The main issue I had is they did not notify me that there would be a $100 deposit when you check in plus the $29 that you are supposed to pay when you get there (knew about the $29 though). There was also no hand soap in our room for some reason? And the front desk was so busy the night we got there that I didn't get any time to ask for some. Everything else was great though, comfortable beds, nice room, very clean.

The shower feels like a waterfall. A Frank Lloyd Wright inspired design (maybe), plus the water drains off so fast it feels like you're outside. Very cool vantage point 8-9 floors above the town with sweet view to wake up to on city view side of building. The $29 resort fee feels a little nickle and dimey, and if you pick up the snacks in your room, they are weight sensored, so a charge will automatically bill to your room. Just a heads up..
