I booked a double bed room and was told I was upgraded to a king. No king in the room and the room window looked out to a brick building. There weren’t double locks on the room and the hallway was noisy so I didn’t feel 100% safe. Nothing happened thankfully but I won’t be staying there again. Location was great and price was good but the room was not good.

Great modern venue in the perfect location for visitors like us! The only issue was the noise from the building work outside my window… which started around 7 AM and intermittently continued until past midnight every night.

Hard Rock Hotel never disappoints — consistently great service, vibrant atmosphere, and a reliable choice for a memorable stay. The location is excellent, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Overall, a fantastic experience.
