"Bathroom not clean, had beard hair from previous guest. It smelled like previous guest had smoked in the room. Front desk called to ask about the room, which was kind, but we already unpacked and were in bed. They said they could come up and spray something to help with the smell"

"Wow, what a wonderful stay we had. Clean, beautiful, wonderful staff. Greeted with a warm welcome as well as a glass of wine and popcorn. Our room was beautiful and spotless, excellently clean, comfortable room. Lovely amenities. Just a great boutique hotel, now one of our very favorites!"

"The best thing about our stay was how peacefully quiet it was. The room was too dark even with the lights on even though the lamps worked but were broken. Breakfast was meh, add grits to the menu."

"No one at reception noticed 2 people out front vaping. It was the front desk person and another employee. She was very rude and unable to properly explain the pet policy. Told us to leave if we didn't like it. And refused to call the manager when requesting it. Said she didnt want to. Several people hanging out in parking lot with laptops for long periods of time that were not guest. There are so many hotels surrounding this one I wouldn't pick one that's run this unprofessionally."
