"The room was nicely decorated and very clean. Great shower too! Location is excellent for visiting the sights in the Sultanahmet area, but a few steps away from the most crowded areas. I have one complaint: 3 days into our 4 day stay, they told us that breakfast is not included and we would have to pay for breakfast going forward. I showed them the confirmation from hotels.com clearly said "breakfast included"; they showed me the printout from their system that said "room only". I pointed out that it's their responsibility to ensure the information on hotels.com is accurate, not mine. They never apologized. Otherwise I had a great stay. One other note: the hotel is probably not suitable for people with accessibility needs. Entering requires going down a flight of stairs. After that their is an elevator, but it is extremely small."

"Well this hotel is a real palace . Beautiful inside an outside on the grounds . I have nt been to the Italian coast but I felt like I was there . There were lemon trees by the pool area . There were grape vines and the nicest most helpful staff. They upgraded my room for me for free . It was wonderful to have a nicer room because I came to turkey for surgery and stayed inside my room most of the time . I absolutely loved this hotel . I definitely recommend it . It’s its own little paradise"

"A great place for a comfortable stay. We stayed at the hotel in September 2026 and had a very positive experience. The room was clean, recently renovated, and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was stocked with fresh white towels and basic toiletries. Housekeeping was regular and thorough. The room also had air conditioning, a kettle, and a fridge, with coffee, tea, and bottled water replenished daily—something you don’t always see even in more expensive hotels. The hotel is located in a very pleasant neighborhood of Istanbul, just a 4–5-minute leisurely walk to the square with the famous Blue Mosque. There are plenty of shops and cafes nearby to grab a quick bite or have an inexpensive dinner. The front desk staff were very welcoming—they checked us in right away and were always happy to answer questions. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet: there was a good selection of delicious porridge, omelets, cold cuts, fresh pastries, vegetables, fruit, and good coffee. One minor drawback was the lack of a second chair. Even though it was a double room, there was only one armchair, though I’m sure this could easily be arranged by asking at reception. We will definitely be back and will happily recommend this hotel to our friends!"
