"Superb location a minutes walk from the main ski lift. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a short walk. Accommodation was of a reasonable standard, self check in so little interaction with staff who we only saw around breakfast, but were very attentive with any queries over WhatsApp. "

"We had a fantastic stay for our family ski holiday.
We've stayed in other places in Avoriaz in the past and the location of L'Amara is just spot on for children.
Our appointment was directly above the ski locker which was straight out onto the run.
We used the pool area a couple of times and although it was quite busy, it never felt crowded.
The parking was convenient and easy to access the appartment from it.
The appartment itself was actually surprisingly roomy for an avoriaz appartment. We had a 2 bed one and it was plenty big enough for a family of 6, including 2 under 5's. The kitchen was well equipped.
Overall, we would stay again if we returned to Avoriaz again. "
"We stayed in the Cosy Chilly Powder for Three nights and really enjoyed the Experience. Great location at the foot of the main Avoriaz Gondola and you can ski in on your way down the Mountain. "Fantastic hotel - so convenient for everything! The staff cannot do enough for you, they are all fabulous. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t warm and the heating system in the room didn’t work well. Made it harder to dry slightly damp ski gear!
