"This was literally the absolute worst hotel (really, it was more like a hostel) that I have stayed in either stateside or abroad. The property only allows you to communicate with them during two short periods daily around check-in and out. Their information indicates check in is not on the property. "Fantastic staff and facilities. We went there with bikes and the garage area and wash was brilliant with cleaning products and tools available. Hotel and Spa were lovely and breakfast was great each day. Ate in the restaurant twice and the food was very good both times. "
