"Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Very accommodating. Excellent location, within walking distance to many tourist attractions.
Pool area could've been cleaner, but overall a great place and would stay again. "
"We stayed here for three nights, it was a great location to easily walk to parliament. We did this with three small children ages 1, 4 and 7. We felt safe in the area and had a few options for restaurants nearby we could walk to as well as the on site restaurant Tulip. We ate at Tulip the first night and the food and drinks were quite good. The parking is underground and has four levels, two are for P1 and two for P2, please note that the lower levels for P1 and P2 have no direct elevator access and require you to walk up the ramp that cars use. We avoided those levels because of the kids. We found it convenient to drive around to the back side of P2 as it was very empty and allowed us to park closer to the elevator since there is an open area near the elevator to walk through. We used the indoor pool a couple times, we were a bit surprised at the depth of the pool in the shallow end. It was 4 feet and quickly goes to 5.5 feet. Our seven year old couldn't touch so we were glad we brought her a puddle jumper. Our package included breakfast which we used each morning, it had all your typical staples; scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, build your own breakfast burritos (meat changed each day we attended), yogurt, apples/oranges/plantains, toast/bagles/croissants/muffins, oatmeal, cereal, make your own waffles, juice and coffee/tea. The breakfast did not vary much while we were there but was definitely enough to start your day right. We would stay at this hotel again. "
