"Hotel was great, beautiful room and very accommodating staff. Only minor complaint is pertaining to tech issues experienced there. The wifi seemed very spotty, and the 1 Hotel App was very glitchy, the in-room dining was not working properly. The phones worked and staff was very helpful, so it all worked out. The roof bar got quite busy around 5p and it took 45 minutes to order a drink, may need more bar staff. Absolutely amazing views from the suite. Especially at night. All in all, good experience - I'll come back. "

"The hotel was a little dated, but it was fine. There were people fighting in the hall. The in-room phone did not work. I called the front desk on my cell and they answered and immediately put me on hold-for 20 minutes. It was scary.
