"Bed bugs. Dirty, hairy bathrooms. Dirty linens and floors. "

"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing overall due to the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. When we arrived, the bedding appeared unclean and had visible makeup stains on the sheets and covers. The hallways and hotel floors were also very dirty — we even found ketchup left on the floor near the water fountain, which stayed there long enough for us to notice and take photos. The bathroom itself seemed okay, but the general condition of the hotel did not feel properly maintained. The next morning at breakfast, several things were not working properly. The coffee dispenser was broken, the water fountain was not functioning, and some of the apples being served were visibly rotten. Overall, the experience felt neglected and unhygienic, especially considering we paid to stay there. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing."

"The front desk staff was very rude there was trash in the can when I checked in I asked her about my room being clean She said she could locate me to a new room and if I complained again that I will have to check out. This place should be glad that they still have patrons coming through. I won't be back."

"I stayed in the room for about 5 hrs. I checked the bed and it is gross! The mattress has numerous drops of blood on it. It looks like someone was bitten many many while sleeping on it. I tried to reach management to no avail. I left and checked into another hotel. All of the awful night I endured was after midnight. I WANT A REFUND!! "

"This Inn is Lovely, pristine clean and so comfortable. Parking in the lot next to the Inn. Safe and charming little town and College, off the main streets. Quiet and safe. We love it. The staff couldn’t be nicer and more professional, and the little restaurant has Really really delicious food. We think this place is a gem. Elevator, large rooms, great bathrooms, great shower, room temp control. "

"Breakfast was cool. Hotel was not clean. There were ants in our room. anoone ever came to address them. Probably because they do not come and get trash or clean the rooms for three days. There were no working ice machines on our second night. Several staff were very helpful but also several were quite nasty. I won't stay at this location ever again. It is not being manahed well at all. Worst Marriott hotel I've ever stayed at. "
