Great location within a 15 minute walk of the lake, duomo and shops. Clean rooms and great price but AC was not working well. Delicious restaurant around the corner called Crianza.

Easy stay for como, a short walk (about 15ish) from the city center and water. The breakfast in the morning was nice for a quick grab and go but nothing special.

Great for one night, location brilliant, room clean, the aircon wasn’t the best but it was tolerable. Staff were friendly, easy check in process and parking was convenient and cheap. Would return for a short stay again, wouldn’t stay for an extended period, the hotel is good for convenience and had everything we needed.

This hotel is a good value for staying near (10 walk) Como center. The rooms are clean and large enough, if a bit spartan..could use a comfy chair and someplace to put your luggage.

Great stay

Super central hotel and very clean. The reception staff was always very kind. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Only disadvantage is the noise coming from the busy street.

Great service downstairs! All the staff was very friendly. Great location not far from the train station which is easy to find. It's not in the busiest parts of town which makes it quiet but is still walking distance to everything with ease!

Excellent hotel for the price. Only 7 minutes walk from the San Giovanni train station. And 15 minutes walk to Como center. Very clean, the facilities, the room. Kind staff. Good bed. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was suppose to be a “superior” room and it was not. It had dirty walls with lots of scuff marks everywhere. I swore when I booked it said breakfast was included,but I was told it would be an extra $9 per person per day. A lady in front of me during check in booked a room for nearly a hundred dollars less than I paid and it included breakfast. The sink made some awful noises when using it and the water pressure was low/slow.There was also some small bugs.We kept the windows closed so I have no idea where they came from.

The hotel is close to all you want a 5 minute walk to the train station and a 24 hour supermarket,10 minutes you are at the lake and ferry,the hotel is very nice,staff were excellent,room small but decent apart from the shower if you are a big person the shower will cause some issues,the hotel has a well stocked provisions corner,drinks,food everyday essentials,breakfast was more on the continental side scrambled eggs and frankfurters were available orherwise bread rolls ham cheese cereals and pastries all very tasty,would thoughly reccomend the hotel.

the room was a good size, staff friendly, breakfast great, having in-house ready meals available was a neat idea too- only downside was noisy plumbing, sounds of other people using shower, toilet and even just turning on taps really quite loud. Better sound insulation needed in rooms.
