"Older renovated hotel….room was nice…..was expecting queen beds but only doubles which would have been perfectly fine with 2 people. I did like being on beach. No breakfast just coffee of tea and it’s 20 minutes from Campbell River so you need to bring muffins or something,
Sunset was nice……not a lot of parking…..we needed disabled but didn’t see one. Young man did help us with luggage though."
"Lovely hotel! Was there to see family for a short visit. Very comfortable and the free breakfast was a great perk. We didn’t get a chance to use the amenities, but they were very nice looking. The staff were wonderful and very friendly, easy to talk to and very helpful. Would definitely stay there again next time I come to Courtenay."
"First time we stayed there. We did not play golf but my wife took advantage of the spa services which she really enjoyed. We ate at the Timber Room Restaurant which was excellent.
We had one of their cabins or Villas as they call them. It was very nice. Everything was great with the room. We could sit on our balcony and look out over the golf coarse.
We will definitely stay at Crown Isle again."
"We really liked the charming young woman who checked us in. She was very helpful. The beds were comfortable, amenities fine. The second night got a little noisy as more guests arrived at the Lodge."
"Loved the room, however, the shower did not have an anti slip mat or even a plug if we wanted a bath. We were surprised not to have a grab bar in the shower either. Other than that the place were great!"
