"clean room, halls smelled of smoke"

"Train tracks are literally next to the hotel and it runs all through the night. Not enough towels in the room. When I was there a month ago the pool was out of service and still is today. Comfort inn and suites has really come down in expectations "

"Everything was excellent except for the fact that your website states the pet fee is $25 and when we got there, the pet fee was $100 per night, but the graciousness of the manager honored the price that was on your website so we were only charged $25 plus tax for the pet fee. The breakfast was excellent. The pool was chilly for me so I didn’t use it but I think other people would’ve adapted just fine. The lady who took care of the breakfast was a ray of sunshine, cheerful, kind, and kept everything well stocked the front desk. Staff was great as well overall a very nice hotel to stay at conveniently located right off of the freeway with several restaurants nearby as well as gas stations."
