Sheraton Buenos Aires Hotel and Convention Center
The front desk was poorly staffed, it took forever to check in both times and we never got the view we requested when we made the reservation, which was city view. The restaurant food was terrible, STAY AWAY from that restaurant!

Casa Lucia Member of Melia Collection
Very nice hotel, excellent location, great staff. Our flight back home was delayed for 48 hours, and Guadalupe and Kevin from the hotel Front Desk were of great help in sorting out this problem. The hotel has a very nice restaurant. Our waiter, Sara provided great service
