"The building is new. It was very clean and offered most of what we needed. There are areas which are not open yet such as the main pool and kids playground. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. We would diffinitely stay again. I would suggest to have a couple bottles of water and coffee available for future guest. Also they did not offer beach towels. Hot water would be nice to have. The shower water is very cold. Thank you for the great hospitality!"

"The room was excellent, minus the used left old soap and the loofah Also did not like how many texts and emails I got like every half hour, for picture of my passport, my travel partners name, id number , was a little ridiculous, especially since they wanted them again on site "

"Great location a few minutes walk from “downtown” Minca. Be aware that you’ll have to walk 4-5 minutes from where the taxi (at least the few we used) will drop you off. The hotel itself is super cozy and charming. Nice pool and breakfast was good. I got up “early” before breakfast to work and even got a few cups of delicious coffee. Recommend!"

"We booked for two days, checked in late night, and left next morning. Property has a great Oceanview but wind noise through window gaps is very disturbing at night. It is a Duplex that was a problem for me. No hot water, no shower head, no soap. Close but difficult access to beach(two locked gates and many stairs). Wifi didn't work. But owner was nice to refund for the second day that we didn't stay, as booked."

"The property itself was beautiful. The pool and the security guards were awesome. Besides that it was terrible. My family and I arrived to a dirty apartment the sheets smelled like they haven’t been washed in months. The sink had hair and the shower was clogged with hair. There was a leakage in the kitchen the washer wasn’t working. And after I sent them pictures and videos, they told me I had to pay for cleaning service. "The property is very well kept, nicely furnished and close to the marina and the old city, there appears to be a problem with the public sewerage and it rained 1 day and there was dirty water that smelled terrible for two or three days. Its was throughout the entire city. Very disappointing . "
