"We thought about cancelling our reservation before we even saw the room, then we saw the room and immediately decided to cancel. The place was swarming with ants - in the hallways and again inside our room. The furniture was very worn - the leather couch was peeling, the chairs were rusted. The toilet in the bathroom did not flush. Most of all, the entire complex (even outside) had the strongest, most nauseating smell. It was like something had exploded an air freshener bomb to cover something...

Nunca me respondieron. Llegamos al lugar y el edificio tiene 4 torres y más de 300 departamentos. Nadie sabía nada acerca de la reserva. Encima en el teléfono de atención al cliente de Hoteles.com la Única solución que me dieron fue hacerme la cancelación de la reserva, cobrándome la totalidad de la estadía...
