"Quiet and clean room, close to everything that you might need when on holiday. Good pool with heated spar. Used the sauna a couple of times which was a bonus."
Broadbeach Savannah Hotel & Resort

"I did not stay long enough to make use of the amenities. The room was adequate but the shower in the bath seemed a little awkward and dangerous as there was nothing to hold on to getting in and out of the bath/shower (a handrail would have made it a little safer). The corridors were a bit dark at night with not a lot of lighting and there was absolutely no staff around after a certain hour. The sliding door to the balcony could not be locked, until I found a bolt that was used to secure the door to the floor. The bed was nice but it only had a sheet on it and no doona. I eventually discovered the doona in a cupboard but it probably should have been on the bed. The stay was pleasant and I would probably stay there again. I understand by the look of all the equipment in the foyer that the site is about to undergo a refurbishment. I know that the door of my room was in desperate need of a paint as the adjoining room looked new whilst my door looked out of place. Hopefully next time, it is better."

"Tidy room in a great location. Super short walk to the shops and beach. Fabulous views out over the water and the suburbs behind. While this residence was great for what it is, I would not describe it as luxury, but purely a sensible and practical location. The rooms are standard and nothing flash. One bit of feedback is for the cleaning, particularly in the bathrooms, to be more detailed as I saw mould and scum around sink and shower. The pool is a great addition. I would stay here again."

"The service of all the staff on all the locations we visited were great. Some just needed polishing on their Star Look (presentation), tho behaviour were well mannered at Broadbeach & Brisbane."

"Initially I was disappointed with the unit position in the East Tower. It is advertised as beach view but actually faces west, over the light rail station and Pacific Fair Shopping. The traffic noise is noticeable during morning and afternoon peak times, cars and rail, when the balcony door or windows are open. The ocean is partially visible from one balcony. Access is good with numerous lifts. Location is ideal with beach and surf club access nearby, shopping centre, casino and Surfers Paradise central within walking distance. Public transport is adjacent to property and fares currently capped at 50cents each way. Easy to access from Coolangatta Airport to Broadbeach South terminal. The property is attractive with buildings positioned around a central pool area. Iโd recommend a stay here and hope to return soon."

"Great stay, the reception staff were amazing. Room was super spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. Didnโt notice much noise from outside which was great. I didnโt realise each tower has its own pool and one of the pools shown on the listing we didnโt get to use which was a shame and a tad misleading. Overall I would stay back at peppers."
