Location! Short walk to the beach, shoppingmall including groceries and lots of very good restaurants. We used the bbq at the hotel as well, very enjoyable. Nice pool and gym area. We had a lovely stay at this hotel in a two-bedroom apartment with a beautiful ocean view. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the outlook made it even more enjoyable. The only downside was that one of the bedrooms did not have air-conditioning, which made it quite hot even with the fan on. The hotel itself has great facilities, including a nice pool and a lovely on-site coffee shop, which added to the overall experience.

Staff were friendly and provided a smooth check in and check out process. Great location with light rail station across the road. Easy location to walk everywhere. Room was a little dated but comfortable. Air con in the bedroom would be amazing but ceiling fan and pedestal fan worked well. Air con in living room but due to design of 1bedroom apartment didn’t reach the bedroom well. Exterior grounds and pool well looked after.

The room was clean ( some dry rubbish missed behind the bedside table. ) Ageing rooms that could do with a refresh. Patched dents in wall in Bedroom needs to be sanded & painted. Vent in ceiling of bathroom was extremely dusty/dirty. Reception staff friendly & courteous. Our room overlloked the road & flats next door. Very limited visitor parking available & underground carpark a bit challenging to navigate.
