I chose the Executive Lounge access option for my room and it was great. Special Thank you to the concierge Trung he was on top of his game, had me a rental scooter in 30min and helped with directions a couple of times. Another big thank you to Taum he showed me to my room, then was in charge at the Executive Lounge several nights I was there. He had a ton of great tips on rooftops to visit and things to do with instructions on how to get there. Enthusiastic young man who was smiling, always helpful and his English was excellent. Rooftop has some great views day or night. Looking forward to my return."
