"Our stay was unfortunately very disappointing. Upon arriving, we found food on the floor in our room. We immediately requested housekeeping, but the issue was never properly addressed. The overall cleanliness of the room was below acceptable standards, with dirty floors and hair in the shower upon check-in. The staff experience was equally frustrating. Most team members we interacted with were unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills. As a Marriott Lifetime Platinum member, I requested a late checkout, which is a benefit typically recognized when available. Instead of receiving assistance, I was told we had to leave by noon and had to go downstairs, repeatedly explain the situation, and request a manager before the late checkout was finally approved. The breakfast itself was decent, but the service staff could benefit from additional hospitality training and a more welcoming attitude toward guests. Overall, between the cleanliness issues, poor service, and lack of recognition of loyalty benefits, this stay did not meet the standards I expect from a Marriott property. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests."

"This is a beautiful and truly exceptional Hotel. It has the finestst, most beautiful Hotel grounds in the Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers and Southwest Florida. No other expensive Holiday Resorts or so called Luxe Hotels compare to this lush and beautiful environment with lovely gardens within and throughout the expansive property. This Gym is state of the Art. The rooms are spotless, fresh and beautifully appointed. The outdoor pool is super clean and pleasing with shade trees, nice chairs and chaise lounge with umbrellas. Also, the Trianon Hotel is located directly in the center of the Bonita Springs area; halfway between the south and north end and situated alongside of Highway 41; giving it perfect access to all other local destinations. The professionalism here is unexcelled, and all the Trianon employees are very kind, conscientious and expert in their unique service and duties. I am amazed that it is only rated as a 3 star Hotel...for it is way above and beyond the majority of all 5 star-rated Hotels and Resorts where I have stayed over the years! I can say for certain, that if you have the good fortune of visiting here, you will feel very pleased and satisfied! Come and InJoy! JamesSteven & Muse on the loose..."

"Everything was beautiful. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We dined at Tanglewood and had some drinks at The Mangrove and everything was pretty good. Everything was pretty nice in the room. I would recommend maybe some extra pillows or blankets to help with comfort. Other than that, we had a good night."
