"The room is spacious and clean, but it lacks a heater. We had reserved a Superior double with a Mountain View, but we were given a King and twin bed with a glass-sealed window offering a view of the hotel’s interior. In Ipiales, nighttime temperatures remain low, causing the room to cool quickly. During one of our three-night stays, we were provided with a hot water bag within the bed covers, potentially intended to warm the bed. There were some issues with the toilet seat which the maintenance staff member, promptly resolved. While the water pressure in the shower is satisfactory, it experiences fluctuations between hot and cold temperatures during showers. The room is equipped with only two lighting switches, lacking lamps. The bathroom, on the other hand, has only one switch for the light and exhaust fan, which was excessively noisy. Breakfast is presented in plated dishes."
