"The staff go out of their way to accommodate you and so helpful. They are friendly and immediately respond. Rooms are clean. The beach is clean and they have a turtle preservation program. Many turtles were laying their eggs and a team came every day to gather the eggs to protect them until time to bring them back to hatch. So amazing!!! You can arrange activities right at the site for fishing, jet skis, par sailing, etc. The resort is small in comparison to larger chain hotels but they are so much more true to the experience of Mexico’s culture. Love, love the whole experience and plan to be there again soon. "

"We had the most incredible visit. The view from our private balcony overlooked some of the resort and the entire bay. The pictures of the room didn't do it justice, absolutely gorgeous room, larger than we expected, the bed was so comfortable, outdoor shower that we loved, clean and the kitchen had the essentials if you wanted to cook. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. There are no elevators, but the staff will drive you up and down the hill on a golf cart. We had to walk up 3 floors to our room, but it wasn't an issue for us, I was too distracted by the beautiful views. We dined in the restaurant and had room service (eating on the balcony/patio under the stars was magical). Food was delicious. You definitely pay tourist prices compared to going further into town to dine, but it was worth it. We are already trying to figure out when we go back. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed 6 nights at this resort. It was low season and never once had to wait for anything! The staff made us feel so welcome and spoiled. The room and grounds were impeccably clean, the gym was well equipped. The bars and restaurant were excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely return! Thank you!"

"Enjoyed our stay, great central location overlooking the water. Rooms are nice, pool was clean. It was slow season so we had hotel to our selves. Short walk to everything in town. Has nice beach access directly in front of hotel. Friendly staff. Laundromat a block away did a weeks worth of clothes for two people, same day for around $7. Great breakfast spot Bartolos in front of hotel. Would recommend for sure. "

"The staff is wonderful. The resort is beautiful. Our favorite place to relax was at the saltwater pool. The food in the restaurant was excellent - they received a James Beard award in 2024z. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The resort is quiet, very quiet. Walk to the beach, walk to downtown shops and restaurant. Or, you can do what we did - mostly we soaked up the unbelievable ocean views visible throughout the resort, and lounged. We spent a lot of time sunning and relaxing. Can hardly wait until our next visit!"

"Easy to get to Located near all shopping a restaurants where locals shop and eat as opposed to tourists. Area felt super safe. The room was simple but clean and comfy. The only negative is a lukewarm shower."
