Friendly staff and a good location near local markets and restaurants. Gem of a local breakfast (Carmelitas) and dinner (Papa Loca) within a 5 minute walk, or just eat in the hotel . Also an easy 15 minute walk to the beach.

"The property is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The entire staff, Fernanda, Ania, Viviana and Ivan were kind and so helpful with all of our needs. We are already looking to go back. "It was a perfect place for what I needed: a place for a couple of nights until thebrest of my party arrived and we continued on to our final destination. Good beds, bathrooms were ok (but please change the toilet seat in room 5), pool was nice and clean, but could use some seating. Good restaurants in very short walking distance. Good value."

"Gorgeous hotel with private ocean view balconies. Staff and service is excellent. The spa experience is amazing. The Beach Club closed without notice due to low occupancy, which was sad, but the manager had breakfast delivered to my room which was lovely. "
"The staff is wonderful. The resort is beautiful. Our favorite place to relax was at the saltwater pool. The food in the restaurant was excellent - they received a James Beard award in 2024z. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The resort is quiet, very quiet. Walk to the beach, walk to downtown shops and restaurant. Or, you can do what we did - mostly we soaked up the unbelievable ocean views visible throughout the resort, and lounged. We spent a lot of time sunning and relaxing. Can hardly wait until our next visit!"
