Staff is always very polite, friendly and professional. Preston helped me when checking out. Bed was soft; it had great walkable, it’s off the Marta, it wasn’t the best visual soak in the room but it served its purpose for the 2 days I stayed. "

"Where to begin? Got stuck in the elevator. By the time we left two out of the three elevators were not working. Don’t try calling the front desk they will never ever ever ever never ever. Did. I mention never ever answered the phone. If you are paying cash for the food and snacks there make sure you have the exact amount because they give you no change. When I say change, I don’t mean coins I mean dollars. Friend of mine only had a $20 bill wanted a Twix for $3.55 and she told her that she would not give her any change. It was extremely loud the whole time couldn’t sleep because of all of the noise. The upside the bed and the pillows were comfortable."
