"Karen and Graham were excellent hosts and the breakfast was a full English one and many other options in the morning. Pretty easy walk from the train station along the seashore promenade to the Guesthouse. We lucked out with 4 sunny days and enjoyed ourselves as many restaurants and eateries in the neighbourhood."

"The hotel looked a wuite run down from the outside, but the inside was clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Tea, coffee, towels and shower gel. It was literally a 3 minute walk to the beach so a great location."

"Everything was perfect, the location, the welcome, the room, the view, the service, the breakfast, the beautiful decor, and the cleanliness. Our host was always on hand to answer any queries and supplied us with extras of anything we requested. Nothing was too much trouble. "People running the place are very friendly and graciously invite you into their home. Rooms are good size, clean with ensuite and TV. Breakfasts were very tasty and there is resident off road parking. Location is quiet for the most part and only 15 mins to Lulworth Castle or Lulworth Cove or if you prefer The Tank Museum is close. What’s not to like 😊👍"

"This is right on the seafront, only 10 mins walk from the station. The room had all the comforts, and i particularly liked the view from my window to the sea. Would recommend, as quiet, good wifi, en-suite. Everything you need, and also plenty of restaurants close bye."

"Great staff all very friendly they couldn’t do enough for us. Had a honesty bar which was a really good idea. You could take own drink into bar hosts didn’t mind at all. Also a microwave to heat your own food if you wished to do so. Breakfast was very good you could have whatever you wanted. Lots of options. Modern and very clean. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again. Situated right on sea front and 3 minute walk to train station. Very convenient. "
