"The villa was spacious, clean, with perfect amenities. We never saw housekeeping until checkout. The beaches on the property needed some tending and clean up. Some broken equipment and trash needlessly laying around. Otherwise a very peaceful and lovely experience. Sapodilla bay beach conveniently located across the street but traded proximity/direct beach access with comfort, space, and convenience. Overall loved our stay here. "

During our stay, a pipe broke, resulting in loss of water. Multiple workers were called in, and the problem was fixed within three hours. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always helpful. "We were told that there would be a beach bbq - but they had a private event that evening, so not they had been planning it for weeks. The day before they told us the bbq was still on for guests then suddenly it was cancelled. They didn't offer other suggestions for this. All other resorts offered ability to catamaran, SUP, etc but they told us no all week bc they didn't want to bring in someone training for this. Very big disappointment.
