The location is incredible. It is minutes away from Nyhavn and transit options anywhere in Copenhagen. The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, and had a good shower. The staff is the best feature of the hotel. They are very nice and friendly, quick to respond, and full of tips when needed. I will stay there again.

Beautiful hotel- the staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I booked a room with a balcony and it was 1000% worth it. Room itself was large and spacious, bathroom was clean and moody, and I couldn’t wait to come back to the hotel to wind down after a full day of sightseeing. I also used the fitness center and it was well equipped. Location was excellent and walking distance to many spots. I will definitely use this hotel again next time I come back and recommend to my friends.

Stayed here during fashion week. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need. I also used the laundry room. The food was good for dinner at the restaurant. I did want more options for lunch so I didn’t eat then. There’s a grocery store just downstairs from the hotel. It has everything you could need. I did have to Uber to the places I needed to go which was around $25 one-way for 3 miles but they do have bikes you can rent. I’ll be back!

Second time staying in property that is 4 hotels next to each other with some shared facilities. This time stayed in Hypernym that is their hotel apartments. Fantastic! Well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, plenty of hot water and water pressure. Thoughtful room cleaning staff and front office staff. Many of them long term employees which shows in them taking ownership of ensuring their customers perfect experience!
