The hotel is nice, clean, good rooms and great breakfast. Reason for 4 stars review totally is that it is quite frustrating with persons partying and laughing in the hallways until 23 at night. The walls and doors are too thin for this behavious, as you can hear everything. Would be great if hotel management could try to solve this...

I look for any and every speck and spot, bug, stain and gross thing when staying in hotels etc. I found nothing at this hotel. I was so comfortable and relieved to not be disturbed by any unsightly things. Shower worked well, TV, window, lighting, elevators everything was in good shape. Heard no one until I went out…except the birds, they were noisy. The staff were unbelievably kind, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was better than most hotels in the U.S. and I would definitely stay here again. I can’t think of anything that I would complain about. Maybe a slight suggestion here or there but no complaints. The suggestion is for all hotels, airports and planes to install USB ports, this would help guests with adaptor issues. We all us the same ports for device chargers now.

Convenient location good price

The hotel is modern and nice and the rooms are large and clean. The breakfast included in the rate is excelllent, it offers a lot of different food. No lunch or dinner. The hotel in 100 metres walk from the Hoje Taastrup station: distance is 15 minutes train from Copenhagen Main Station, trains run every 12 minutes! Of course the noise of the passing trains can disturb, unless you choose the Superior rooms (not facing the railways). But if you spend your days in CPH (or Helsingor) this is not so important… and this hotel costs 50% less than in CPH!! I will go to this hotel again!

The building is very old, and unfortunately, the room we were given had a strong unpleasant smell and was full of moths, which made our stay uncomfortable. The room also did not have a small refrigerator or minibar. On the positive side, the hotel is in a convenient location with good access to public transportation. The parking facilities were good, and the breakfast was also quite good. Overall, the location, parking, and breakfast were positive aspects, but the condition and cleanliness of the room were disappointing.
