"Simple furnishings but a very uncomfortable mattress lumpy and bits sticking up so not easy to find a comfortable position to sleep. Relieved I was on my own. "
"It was fine, except the restaurant was closed. They did a good job communicating that before I arrive so I was able to grab something to eat beforehand."
"Stay here a few times a year when passing through to our destination. Although it’s a services hotel it’s extremely quiet and the bed I super comfortable. "

"Modern, clean and spacious room. Stayed at the hotel two nights while visiting to attend Leeds festival. Room had a great layout and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and happy to help. We attended breakfast on both mornings in the zoom restaurant, continental buffet. Lovely food and nice atmosphere. Breakfast was an add on for £16 per person per morning, the breakfast was well worth the money for quality and options offered. Thank you Hyatt for a great stay."
"Had a two night Stay here with friends and my sister for her birthday. On arrival, the concierge team were so helpful and friendly, along side checking in.
I paid for bed and breakfast, the breakfast was amazing and the choices were fantastic too.
Didn’t have dinner here as explored much of York, so can’t comment on that.
Everyone were so friendly, said hello and always complimentary.
We will be coming back here. "
