"The hotel was good overall. We only stayed one night on a two queen bed room. We used the shuttle service from the airport, which was really easy because you can track the shuttle through the hotels official website. The air con at the hotel worked well and the beds were comfy, don't expect great views out of the window given it is an airport hotel, but there were no blazing lights and the curtains were decent. Breakfast was a buffet and had a good selection of food, servers were attentive, but the coffee could be warmer. We did find that the toilet in room was dirty upon arrival, although all the toilets in the lobby were kept clean. Our TV also did not work, but this didn't matter as we only stayed one night and didn't really need it. Would I recommend? Yes, because of the breakfast, comfy beds and convenient location."

"La propiedad nada que ver con las fotos todo viejo y deteriorado, no aparecía mi reservación tuvieron que llamar al dueño , la muchacha que nos atendió super buena , reserve habitacion com jacuzzi y coml mi reserva no aparecía obvio que no había disponibilidad de casualidad apareció una habitación que daba asco llena de churre y el jacuzzi no tenía ni tapón que la muchacha nos hizo el favor y lo trajo de otro cuarto , horrible no lo recomiendo para nada"

"Difficult to find in the baggage claim area; signage could be better. More convenient than taxiing to a nearby hotel after a long day of travel. Property condition was good. "

"We had a great getaway stay at The Colonnade. The room was beautifully decorated. I appreciated the non-carpet room with wood floors. I stayed many years ago and they have definitely made several changes to modernize it. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. "

"This was a bad place to stay. Two of three elevators out of order, pool was filthy, bathroom was nasty and the whole place was run down. There was mold growing on the wall, peeling paint everywhere, the parking garage smelled of urine. We left just after seeing the room. Do not book here, it is nothing like the pictures or descriptions."

"The staff was absolutely amazing and very accommodating throughout my stay. However, the walls seem to be extremely thin. I was able to clearly hear the guests staying next to me, including full conversations between multiple people. At one point around 2:00 AM, the noise was loud enough to wake me up, and it genuinely sounded as though they were inside my room. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to get a good nights rest."
