Hotel took my money never gave me instructions on the locked door. I had to sleep on front cement porch and go to bathroom in front yard. They never answered my calls or messages to open door. In the morning they were awake. Manager told me she would give me refund but after hours with Expedia customer service hotel lied. This hotel is a scam. Stay away. Worst hotel in my 35 years of traveling

This hotel is advertised as “excellent,” but there are no genuine reviews to support that claim. The room was not properly cleaned—there were clothes left behind in the wardrobe from a previous guest. The WiFi was extremely weak, often unusable or completely unavailable. There is no front desk or staff on-site, so getting assistance is difficult. Additionally, the property description is misleading, and the location is much farther from the airport than expected.*there is also no soap, Shampoo..*. This hotel( motel) is located at residential area, actually is in alley. No staffs at site, no English. On hotel.com it’s marked as “3 stars”, it’s a scam.

Værelset var rent nok. Vi havde booket et familieværelse - til 3 personer, men der var kun et lille bord og to stole. Badekarret virkede ikke - da vi fik bundproppen i og fyldte det med vand var vandet fuldstændig ulækkert og brunt grundet skidt der kom ud af hullerne i "spa'en". Det var ikke noget vi havde lyst til at hoppe i... Man kunne kun sidde ned i det for at bruge bruseren med mindre der kom vand ud over alt, da der ikke var et bruseforhæng. Der stod at der var hårtørrer på værelset - det var der ikke. Vi boede der i 3 nætter og jeg skrev til stedet - eftersom vi ikke så nogle - 3 gange om de ville komme med en - men den besked gad de ikke engang svare på og jeg fik ikke en. Så absolut ingen kommunikation med stedet! Det var lækkert at det var med morgenmad og det er fint hvis man starter om morgenen kl. 8, men det der burde være på køl, står bare fremme på bordet uden kølebrikker under indtil kl. 10.30 i varmen. Så vi var ret skeptiske omkring nogle af tingene -og om de mon var stillet frem fra dagen før også.
