"Didn't even get to stay in the apartment as we couldn't get in contact with them! Had to book an expensive alternative hotel at late notice, otherwise we would have been stranded late at night. No sign of a refund and we're battling still!"

"On arrival we were given the room that we booked only to find out that the door did not lock once we tried to leave the room. After contacting the customer service representative we were told that it “should be safe anyway”. Obviously as a paying customer I was not happy with this. We were then moved to another room (which may I add was a downgrade) because it was all that they could offer us. No mention of a refund of the extra that we paid for the higher spec room and when I asked the question...

"The apartment is very centrally located. The sofa bed was already made up for my two sons. The host communicated with us via WhatsApp before our arrival and stayed in contact throughout our stay. "We stayed in the large apartment which was spotless, had excellent space, friendly staff who were very accommodating with excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely return again. The spa was supposed to be closed during our stay and they managed to open it which was an added bonus. We were compensated for the loss of the days spa too. Thank you all for looking after us! We loved our experience. "
