From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations — the house is beautiful, spotless, and filled with charm. Every detail shows the owners’ dedication to comfort and hospitality. The location is perfect: peaceful, elegant, and close to everything we needed to explore Viterbo and its surroundings. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the rooms spacious, and the garden a true oasis to relax. Que dire du maître d’hôtel qui est très attentionné et à votre service. Le repas en soirée était délicieux et très abordable. Même si l’endroit est un peu en banlieue de Rome, ça vaut le détour. "The only thing was the train ride to Roma! But the connections were great ! The staff was very helpful! Just remember if your room is cleaned, while away. Request clean towels ahead of time! A plus the one bedtoom was very spacious with a large balcony! Lovely Hotel!! "

"We had a lovely stay at Grand Hotel San Gemini! It’s a beautifully renovated hotel with great attention to detail, located in a fantastic spot right in the old town—peaceful, quiet, and full of charm. Free parking just a few meters away was a big plus. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready and happy to assist. The highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool—absolutely fantastic, surrounded by greenery and perfect for relaxing on a hot day. Highly recommended!."
