"El baño tiene hongo. El staff nunca resolvió el problema del aire acondicionado. Me iban a cambiar de habitación pero nunca se logró. Por el inconveniente me dieron 60 euros de vuelta estuve 4 noches sin aire acondicionado y pagué $800. El desayuno estuvo bien. Aire acondicionado nunca funcionó. La cama son unos catres super incómodos."

"We recently stayed at Excellence Suites in Rome and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained throughout our stay. Our room was a great size, offering plenty of space to relax comfortably after long days of sightseeing around the city. One of the best parts of staying here was the location. The hotel is conveniently close to many amenities including restaurants, cafés, shopping, and public transportation, making it very easy to explore Rome. Most major attractions were within walking distance or a short commute away. The staff were friendly and welcoming, helping make our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend Excellence Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located place to stay in Rome."

"Great hotel, great location, nice variety of foods at Breakfast. Spanish steps are right outside the hotel and so many places to eat nearby. Staff was super helpful! Highly recommend the Cooking Class with Marco, he is absolutely wonderful!!!"

"This hotel is far from the city of Rome. We tried using public transportation the first day, but we had to walk through a dangerous road to be able to get to the bus stop. Basically, you have to take a taxi to go and return to the hotel each time. Considering that taxis are very expensive, we decided to look for and stay at another hotel. Not recommended for international tourists."

"room was small. furnishings dated and while bathroom was technically clean, there was mildew and dark spots on grout in the shower, shower head could not be adjusted and plug stopper for tub fell apart as it turned. points that you can "live with' for an overnight stay, but for me not acceptable in a 4 star rating.// first concierge quite lovely and hospitable, 2nd concierge could not accommodate us when we called to see if we could extend stay by another day, said he would call back and never did. i had to call the reception back after 30 minutes to request an answer. 2nd concierge had "disappeared" and gone off shift , so we had to submit request again, losing valuable time to search for accommodations elsewhere (friday night)."

"Great location to explore rome. Just a few minutes walk from the bus or metro. Hotel staff are really friendly amd have recommendations for places to eat. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was typical italian and in plentiful supply. Rooms are clean and tidy. Would recommend 👌"

"This place was really perfect, breakfast was great, rooms were really nice and clean. I would definitely recommend. they have a shuttle but we did spend alot on ubers."
